Every month, we proudly announce when we have hit our monthly cap for new builds. It might not make sense to many people, but we want to be able to insure our timelines and quality to every customer. We don’t over book.
This month, in spectacular fashion, we finished booking for the month of March and gained a waitlist for starting in April. The waitlist has been needed for quite some time, but we finally found a way to incorporate it and still stick to our timelines.
We are sincerely thankful to all of our partners, employees, and subcontractors for all of their hard work and dedication that has gone into making this company what it is today. We are equally thankful to each of our clients for trusting us time and time again to deliver a quality home, on time. Above all, we are thankful to God for presenting us with so many opportunities to help people within our community.
Within the next two weeks, you will see at least one new floor plan on the website that resulted from the builds we contracted in March. In a couple of more weeks, you will see the spectacular 5000 sq ft home we have on our waitlist in April.
