We also introduced our build time GUARANTEE this month. Your home, finished in 12 months, or you can have your deposit back.
We are guaranteeing our timelines while companies are using covid supply issues from 2 years ago as an excuse to not finish. We understand that there are roadblocks and unique challenges to every build, but we firmly believe that it is in the customer’s best interest to finish their homes as soon as feasibly possible. We choose to hold ourselves accountable to these standards. No more excessive storage bills because your home isn’t ready to move in. No more Airbnb rentals for months while waiting for completion.
