Jane - Discontinued

Jane was an exploration of providing luxury on a budget. The design was created with a few themes in mind: Family, Boating, Practicality, and Luxury.

How did Jane climb all of those mountains?

A wall between 2 bedrooms was opened up to allow for a Kitchenette for your visiting family or friends. It offered more than 400sq ft, dedicated to your guests. Imagine hosting family and friends in complete comfort. If they want privacy for a day, they never need to leave their wing of the home. Their own sink, fridge, television, couch, bed, walk-in closet, bathroom, and access to the pool through PGT Impact Rated sliders. We even soundproofed the rooms for more privacy.

Boating on a budget: The cost of a waterfront home complete with boat docks, lifts, and flood insurance can be prohibitive. Once you add in the extra maintenance of detailing your boat, replacing sun-damaged cushions, and extra servicing from exposure to the elements, it makes sense to consider a place to store your boat inside. We opted to add a garage off the side of the home, going 35ft deep, with 10ft doors at the front of back to allow for inside, or outside storage.

Practicality is overlooked in many custom builds. We stick to some staples to ensure a happy customer for the long term. Spray foam insulation keeps the electric bill far lower than other types, while strengthening the roof system. It also allows for usable attic storage space, since our attics are typically about 80 degrees in the peak of summer! Impact windows protect the home throughout, and provide exceptional insulation (R) Values.

Luxury is the most obvious part of what we do. This model offers large format, porcelain tiles with rectified edges to allow for 1/16″ grout lines. Our tile craftsmen created a TV wall that perfectly contrasts the surrounding colors. Custom tray ceilings are seen in the Master bedroom, living area, and office, adding to the uniqueness of the home. A full-size tub, accented beautifully by a floor-to-ceiling tile wall. We could go on for days about every custom option, but we will let the pictures speak for themselves.
