Every once in a while, we come across a person that fits in our company as if they were the final piece in our ever-growing jigsaw puzzle. Most recently, it was Michael.
Michael has been instrumental to production of the high-quality homes we provide. He’s always on time, willing, and more than able. Michael’s attention to detail has made him a trusted friend in the field, acting in a greater capacity than we could have anticipated. He started as a custom cabinet maker, and quickly began teaching others about his skill set, while eagerly learning other trades at a quick rate. He is trusted with making custom finishes on cabinets, trim work, and much more.
Most importantly, Michael embodies everything we are on mission for at Conquest Builders. He cares most about the customers, and all the people involved along the path of delivering the best quality home in Southwest Florida to our customer.
It is with the greatest respect and admiration that we highlight Michael this month for his outstanding contributions to our customers, product, and culture.
