Each month has brought us closer to our goal of helping as many people as possible get a quality home in Southwest Florida. Opportunities have been knocking persistently at our door as we iron out our marketing and expansion plan.
But a few special opportunities were too good to ignore…
We have been awarded two commercial jobs by a great friend and local investor. Truthfully, this wasn’t part of the business plan!
After days of careful consideration and planning, we decided to under-book a month for building custom homes. We will be taking more contracts again on Custom Homes started in June. That doesn’t mean we can’t plan your build and have you on the wait list for a contract!
We are committed to our original promise of providing a better home building experience. We will not overbook. We can’t responsibly add these commercial projects at the same time as maintaining our regular flow of custom homes. Rapid expansion is the perfect storm for a business to fail if things slow down.
