Over the Christmas break, our team took a well-deserved week away from work to spend time with loved ones, celebrating the joys of Christmas and ringing in the New Year. This time away wasn’t just about rest—it was about reconnecting with the values that guide us and preparing for another year of delivering exceptional homes and light-commercial spaces to our community.
During this period, we shifted our focus to working on the business rather than in the business. This strategic time allowed us to:

- Expand financial accessibility: We’re now approved by more banks, making it easier than ever for clients to finance their dreams with us.
- Enhance customization: By adding new floor plans and incorporating the most requested options, we’re giving our customers even more choices.
- Strengthen our team: We’ve partnered with new subcontractors and hired key personnel to elevate the quality of our final products.
- Increase design options: We’ve partnered with additional suppliers and designers, offering a broader range of interior finishes to suit every taste.
- Boost quality and accuracy: Our quality checklist has grown, and our order accuracy check system has been enhanced to reduce errors and delays.
- Simplify custom estimates: We’re actively developing a system to make the custom estimating process faster and more efficient.
